Personal Data Processed
When you submit the quote/distributorship form, we receive your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, firm type, requested product category, estimated volume and message. For abuse prevention, your IP address is also processed briefly on our server.
Purposes
Your data is processed only to evaluate your quote request, to contact you, and to prevent automated or abusive submissions (spam) through the form.
Legal Basis
Data is processed because it is necessary, at your request, prior to entering into a contract, and/or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
Service Providers and International Transfer
There are two separate transfers. The first happens whenever you submit the quote form, regardless of your cookie choice: your data is sent via an email infrastructure service based abroad so we can respond, and the site itself is hosted on a cloud hosting service based abroad. The second depends entirely on your cookie choice: if you click 'Accept' on the cookie notice, your visit data is also shared with an analytics provider based abroad; if you click 'Decline' or make no choice, this second transfer never happens. If you don't submit the form and decline cookies, no data is transferred abroad during your visit. You can request the current list of service providers at contact@hasarchocolate.com.
Retention
Your data is kept only as long as necessary to evaluate your request and any resulting correspondence, then deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and comparable data-protection principles, you may contact us at contact@hasarchocolate.com to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose, know the third parties it is shared with, request correction, or request deletion. As the data controller is based outside Turkey, requests will be handled in good faith; this notice does not constitute legal advice.
